HSR Corporate Social Missions For the Chinese New Year (2010) festive period, HSR pulled together to do our part for our less privileged friends from a neighbouringcountry. Our company spearheaded a special collection for the Philippines Payatas families staying at the Dumpsite. In April 2011, HSR family rallied together to raise funds for Japan's disaster relief efforts and we managed to raised more than $80,000 through flag day donations, seminar talk collections, charity auctions and collections from our own agents. Click here to find out more. Junior Achievement Singapore HSR is proud to be a corporate supporter of Junior Achievement Singapore. Our group leader, Edwin Kheng, volunteered in June 2010 to faciliate the program JA - It's My Business to a group of Secondary 3 students at Madrasah Al-Islamiah Al-Arabiah, which is a school located next to HSR Building, literally our next door neighbour. In October 2010, we were invited to share the program JA - More Than Money to a class at Northlight School where the students learned about making SMART decisions regarding money. In May 2011, Edwin organised the largest ever group of 54 volunteers to conduct a JA program for the entire Primary 4 cohort of 9 classes (about 360 students) at Pei Chun Public School.
